Our face-to-face fundraiser labour hire program provides charities with recruitment solutions to grow their in-house fundraising teams.

Our charity recruitment skills come from over a decade of managing in-house and agency recruitment programs and developing bespoke candidate skills testing that is unique to face-to-face fundraising roles.

How does the Gift face-to-face fundraising labour hire program work?

During an initial consultation, we will establish a profile of your ideal fundraiser. We undertake all of your advertising, call screening, and first-stage interviewing based on identifying candidates that match the values and goals of your organisation. Once you begin interviewing candidates and choosing your team, we will manage your gift fundraiser payroll and compliance work. You will have a dedicated coordinator who will work with you weekly to make sure you are achieving your program goals.

I'm interested in becoming a fundraiser. How do I register for the face-to-face fundraising program?

How can I join training workshops to develop my fundraising skills?

Our gifted program lists a range of workshops, webinars, and programs that gift fundraisers can sign up for to develop personal skills in a range of areas. Any Gift registered fundraisers are eligible to sign themselves up for individual upcoming workshops and events.

How can my organisation register our gift fundraisers in training and workshops?

If you would like to register your fundraisers for our gifted fundraiser skills and development workshops, please contact your coordinator who will discuss all of our upcoming programs and any partner programs that Gift is hosting!

Do you run labour hire programs for administrative staff and tele-fundraising staff?

We do not currently operate a labour hire model for phone, office, and logistics staff, but we do recruit for them! Please chat with your coordinator for information on filling these vacancies!
